Dana Whittaker

Dana Whittaker has been the Branch Manager of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in Carlsbad and San Elijo Hills since 2016 with over $717M in sales. After starting her real estate career in Las Vegas in 2000, she helped build teams and offices in California, Nevada, Texas and Arizona. She received her Advanced Professional Coaching certificate in 2009, and has had the unique experiences of direct sales, client acquisition, team building, technology training, risk management and holding the space for successful office culture while driving growth. After obtaining her CA Brokers license in 2013, she got involved with NSDCAR, and was appointed the Realtor Community Action Delegate for her district council. She has served 2 terms as a Director, holding the Treasurer position for the last 3 years and was awarded the Realtor Token of Gratitude for her industry leadership in 2019. Dana is a whiz at coaching through the steps that will get agents to the next level and is a master real estate trainer and speaker. Humble beginnings taught Dana to dig deep, go all in and promote and protect the American Dream of Homeownership. Her mission is to help agents and their clients build long term wealth through real estate.
